In Easter 2020, working with our ‘Print With Pride’ partners, we produced some very simple personalised Easter Egg boxes.

The process was simple:-

1. print a design onto box board using a Ricoh ProC9200,
2. soft touch laminate,
3. over-print in mono text the parts that we wanted to personalise,
4. pass through the matrix laminator to add a holographic foil where mono was,
5. cut out the shape using a veloblade cutter,
6. assemble the boxes and pass them on,

We used Coreprint from Vpress to add the personalisation… so easy that it can be carried out on a mobile phone.
